Your role may include cleaning, laundry, pet care, and other housekeeping duties as required. Meal preparation, companionship and assistance in community activities may also be required.
Experience:
Previous experience in providing home support/home care is preferred. Experience or desire to work with a diverse client base is essential.
Qualifications:
Foodsafe, WHMIS, and current CPR/First Aid are preferred. A criminal record check is required.
Other:
This is a flexible position with duties customized to meet individual client needs. Responsibilities may change over time. Own transportation would be an asset. Workers do not transport clients.
Division: Home Health Services Position: Registered Nurses and Licensed Practical Nurses

Description:
As a Home Health RN, you will establish, monitor and deliver personal nursing care in the client's home. As a Home Health LPN, you will assist in the development, monitoring and delivery of nursing care to clients as established in the nursing care plan. As required, these positions may provide direction to Personal Care Workers.
Experience:
At least 2 Years experience, preferably in community based care. Experience or desire to work with a diverse client base is essential.
Qualifications:
Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing or Licensed Practical Nursing Program and current registration with CRNBC or CLPNBC as appropriate.
Other:
Your own car and valid driver's license is preferred. Transportation is not provided.
Division: Home Health Services Position: Personal Support Workers

Description:
Responsibilities include light housekeeping, meal preparation and assisting in activities of daily living such as getting out of bed, bathing, dressing and grooming. Care may also include medication assistance and monitoring other home support needs.
Experience:
Previous home care experience is required. Experience or a desire to work with a diverse client base is essential.
Qualifications:
A current Residential Care Aide (RCA) certificate, criminal record check, current CPR and First Aid.
Other:
A vehicle and valid driver's license would be an asset. Transportation is not provided.
Division: Home Health Services Position: Care/Intake Manager

Your comprehensive knowledge and experience in community nursing will be essential in the initial and ongoing assessment and management of clients requiring Home Health Services. You also have an independent and entrepreneurial spirit with an aptitude for business development. As a management team member you will contribute to the growth of Plum Living and participate in the recruitment of other team members.
Experience:
3 Years + with progressive responsibilities in community based care, preferably in a management role. Experience or the desire to work with a diverse client base is essential.
